- Training Design & Delivery
- Facilitate Programs as and when required
- Work collaboratively with Global T&D and learning stakeholders
- Manage Global Projects
- Stakeholder Management.

- Good understanding of Performance & Talent management tools and process
- Strong experience in Learning & Development

- Strong networking and collaboration skills.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Performance, Talent management and L&D.
