As a Training Content Developer, Your Key Responsibilities include:
Design, develop, maintain and deliver course materials for on behavioural / soft skills to customers, partners (freelancer trainers) and employees.
Course materials include course design, storyboard, PPT's, instructor guides, lab exercises and assessments, pre and post training engagement tools, as well as job aids.
Applies modern instructional design techniques to develop and deliver role-based learning content in a variety of delivery methods.
The premium is on building content that is effective, and in a timely fashion
Includes researching / designing games, exercises, role plays, activities, questionnaires, videos, quizzes etc.
Understanding client requirements, their environment and business challenges in detail and thereby customise content accordingly.

Training-related data analysis
Must be detail oriented and a demonstrated quick learner of novel technologies

Salary range - 8-12 LPA
