About The Role:
Trainer/Sr Trainer/Training Coach with 9 to 14 years of experience in Training (Muscle Memory Trainings)
Responsibilities:
- Creation of L&D engagements for clients to address specific and measurable improvements in various business / performance metrics
- Training Need Identification
- Training Content Modification/Creation/Building
- Delivery of the training Program
- Performance assessment of people who have gone through the program
Preferred Candidate Profile :
- Strong experience in client engagement
- Performance & Result Orientation
- Tech Savy, understand education technology and have given training through Video Conferences etc.
- Expertise in training operational staff / frontline sales & customer service / blue collar employees
- Excellent communication skills and command over 1 or more language
