Sales Trainer

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

- Conducting Soft Skills & General Insurance Product Training.

- Assessing existing Scripts and process notes and keeping them updated on timely basis.

- Scheduling regular refreshers for teams on frequent process changes.

- Should Identify ways through which efficiencies can be built in improving Sales.

- Conducting skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement.

- Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses.

- Report on the impact of training programs.

- Would prefer candidates who speak Hindi, English, and other Indian languages.

Key Requirements - Education & Certificates :

- Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role

- Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities.

- Excellent organizational skills.

- Solid communication and presentation abilities

- Additional certification in training is a plus.

Qualification : Graduate, and Above.
