Candidates from hardcore BPO Training profiles will Not be suitable Responsibilities : - Conduct orientation training to imbibe company values. - Train new hires for sales/ product/ customer experience ensuring 90% throughput of the batch. - Closely work with OJT and New hire batch to control compliance and quality errors - Work with quality to define, design and implement refresher training for agents for better quality and/or sales performance - Ensuring the sales and quality target trajectory is met for the agents - Design and improve the training content for new hires and on going training programs. Customize the training module as per product/process update - Collaborate with other teams to update modules and train agents accordingly. - Research, explore and suggest recommendations for process improvement Requirements : - 5 years- experience in sales profile - 2 years of experience in sales training with proven conversion improvement - Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi - both verbal and written - Language and accent certification - desirable - Insurance experience - desirable - Ability to collaborate in a team environment - Proven ability to prioritize, plan, and organize - Presentation skills - Ability to influence and engage at all levels - High enthusiasm levels
