Trainer - Retail Hypermarket & Supermarket Chain

Position : Trainer - Retail Hypermarket & Supermarket Chain (UAE)

Role :

- Handle Training for front-end employees at the Stores and those in the Back-end Support and Operations Departments

- Conduct Training Need analysis for front-end and back-end support employees

- Create and deliver training modules

- Handle new hire training and induction

- Keeping training relevant and up to as date as per organizational requirements

Requirements :

- 4 -10 yrs of experience related to the Retail Sector

- Should have Retail front-end store-employee and back-end support employee training experience

- Experience in training at hypermarkets/supermarkets is preferable

- Some experience in Retail Operations (either on the front-end or in back end support or operations) prior to the training experience would be a plus

- Should have experience in delivering training workshops

Location : Abu Dhabi
