Retail Fashion Product Trainer

A Leading Retail Group based in Dubai is looking out for a Retail Fashion Product Trainer

Reports To: Chief Human Resource Officer

Responsibilities :

- Developing a training calendar to meet the needs of diverse learning groups and brands. (TNA)

- Spearheading, the fashion retail product training in the group, conducted training needs analysis and developed region specific training modules while maintaining the brand's unique handwriting.

- Training store team, visual merchandising team.

- Planning & Conceptualized new training modules with changing in-store merchandise/ trends.

- Analyse these w.r.t market products and train staff to understand and upsell in-store merchandise.

Skill : Based on learning levels, develop varied training techniques like storytelling, customer analysis, story writing, mood board creation, mix and match, outfit making, competitor surveys, global report writing, trend spotting etc.

Learning objectives :

- Brand awareness, nurture sense of pride towards the brand.

- Enhance product/ customer knowledge through modules in product terminology, customer profiling, style de-coding.

- Learn mix-n - match techniques to create outfits by understanding nuances of elements of design viz. color harmony and theory, print mash-up, interplay of silhouettes, accessorization.

Result : Better conversion ratio, increased add- on sales, maximize selling efficiency of the team, and streamline store processes.

Essential Qualifications :

- Bachelor's / Master's degree from retail fashion / fashion designing from reputed Fashion Institutes only

- Minimum of 3-8 years- experience in developing training material.

- Ability to present and teach product information to others.

- Must enjoy and be comfortable with interacting directly with merchandisers and/or customers & Ability to deliver training across multiple mediums & Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint & Extensive travel.

- Result oriented with flexible personality.
