Trainer - Learning & Development - Cloud & SaaS Business

- Preferably hire from relevant Cloud & SaaS companies only.

- This will be primarily for driving product/digital trainings and certification preparedness for all functions along with rest of the capability building.

- Deliver product & process training.

- Consult with department heads to identify training needs to identify training needs.

- Design the basic framework of module and team up with content team for creating a training program.

- To provide assistance in creating in digital contents. Conduct management development program as a part of train the trainer initiative for up scaling the knowledge of the training team.

- Determine talent development priorities and work with leaders to define learning objectives that can be measured in linked to business goals.

- New Product Training.

- Looking after training/learning curve performance.

- Impart Training on Cloud sales. (2nd role)

- Plan and deliver the overall Training Program as per the de-fined Charter.
