Trainer - Investment Banking

The role demands a flexible communication style and an ability to empathize with people in the learning environment. Critical to the role is the ability to manage multiple moving parts and changing priorities. As such, it is essential that the individual can cope with the high demands of the business and the pressure to deliver at high speed and manage multiple learning projects.

Requirement:

- 7-10 years of relevent experience as a Learning consultant and expert facilitator, ideally having exposure to Investment Banking Operations

- Knowledge on various training techniques, channels and evaluation methodologies

- Experience in learning and instructional design, having managed vendor and client interactions

- Strong knowledge and experience of Investment Banking product, Businesses, Clients and Regulatory (Eg: Equities, Bonds, Rates and Credits, Derivatives, Institutional Clients, Global Custody )
