As such, it is essential that the individual can cope with the high demands of the business and the pressure to deliver at high speed and manage multiple learning projects.
Requirement:
- 7-10 years of relevent experience as a Learning consultant and expert facilitator, ideally having exposure to Investment Banking Operations
- Knowledge on various training techniques, channels and evaluation methodologies
- Experience in learning and instructional design, having managed vendor and client interactions
- Strong knowledge and experience of Investment Banking product, Businesses, Clients and Regulatory (Eg: Equities, Bonds, Rates and Credits, Derivatives, Institutional Clients, Global Custody )
