Trainer - Fragrance & Beauty

Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver training programs for fragrance and beauty products, focusing on product knowledge, selling techniques, and brand values.

- Conduct training sessions for sales staff and retail partners to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to effectively represent Puig brands.

- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop training materials and resources.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, and make recommendations for improvement.

- Stay updated on industry trends and new product launches to incorporate into training programs.

- Provide feedback to management on training needs and opportunities for improvement.

- Travel to different locations as needed to conduct training sessions.

Qualifications:

- Degree in a related field.

- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the beauty or fragrance industry.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Passion for the beauty and fragrance industry.
