We are hiring for the subject role for one of the Leading Education Group:

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Train new students on subjects such as Digital Marketing, Website designing and Planning, SEO SEM, Email & Affiliate Marketing, Mobile App Development, Social Media Platforms, Analytics, and Content Development for Digital Platforms, Internet Technologies, and Digital Marketing.

- Should have a strong background as a trainer and should have trained students and corporate.

- Candidates who have worked for hands on with Digital Marketing Agency will be preferred.

- Should have a strong command over the domain.

- Should have the ability to solve query raised by students.

- Should have knowledge and be updated on the most recent developments and tools

- Monitor student progress through continuous need analysis and design Intervention to bridge gaps, if any.

- Maintain a commitment to Imparting Knowledge by engaging in adequate learning, research, and self-development activities to keep abreast with Industry trends.

- Effective communication and coordination within and across teams to ensure seamless execution of modules which will be undertaken.

Job Perquisites:

Graduate in any discipline (Bachelors or Masters in Marketing, IT or Management preferred)

Min. 5-8 Years experience in teaching Digital Marketing and Social Media.

Knowledge:

- SEO SEM, Email Marketing, Mobile App Development, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, ORM, Branding, and Communication.

- Should have practical experience on running Digital Marketing Campaigns.

Skills :

- Strong Communication Skills

- Strong Facilitation Skills

- Excellent Voice Quality, Linguistic Phrases, and pronunciation, Interpersonal effectiveness,

- Ability to coach and counsel.

- Content Development

- Coordination with Team members

Abilities:

- Ability to Learn and adapt with ease.

- Coach learners to bring up the learning curve.

- Reach out and liaison effectively with peers, leaders, stakeholders etc as required.

- Content Development.

- Innovate and improve existing teaching methods and or processes.
