Role: Training Partners – Communication Skills

- The training partners handling communication skills will primarily be responsible for guiding engineering/management students in their preparation for campus placement processes.

- At other times they may be involved in training school students and corporate in advanced soft-skills.

- In addition they will play an active part in continuous research and development of the content and exercises.

- Over time, suitable training partners can move into training management roles, business development, or even revenue sharing via the equity/franchise model.

Locations - Jaipur/Lucknow/Delhi

Requirements

- MBA from Tier 1 institutes (International Ivy League, IIMs, ISB, FMS, XLRI, MDI, SPJain, NM, IMT)

- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills in English

- Pleasing and outgoing personality

- Prior training/teaching experience is highly desirable, though not mandatory

- Willing to travel to client locations as and when needed
