Trainee - Talent Acquisition

Job Description :

The role enables young professionals to be trained and developed to the highest standards over a period of time.

You will be responsible for :

- Sourcing candidates for our Leadership Hiring team to work on Niche hiring / Executive Search hiring / Headhunting.

- Recruitment process : Assisting a team of consultants for end-to-end functions of the recruitment cycle.

- Ad hoc projects and over a period of time, interviewing candidates on a general basis, for specific assignments and client management.

Candidate Management :

- Managing the candidates' applications

- Maintaining candidate pool and all other aspects of candidate management.

- Preparation of industry/sector analysis and mapping.

The Successful Applicant :

- You must be an enthusiastic, dynamic and detail-oriented individual and a proactive team player with the ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills and self-motivation in a client facing environment.

- With up to 0 - 1 years of experience, you must be from tier- 1 & 2 institutions and have impeccable presentation skills.

Other details-

Shift Timings- UK shift (2 PM-11 PM)

Work Location- Hyderabad

Work from home until pandemic(Cab will be provided for female employees once office reopens)

Working days - Monday to Friday
