Skills we need:
- Coordinate between multiple cross-functional teams for product development and launch
- Facilitate sprint planning to support product managers with tracking of product deliverables
- Proactively clear impediments, identify risks, issues, dependencies, and work with relevant teams to address them
- Participate in constructive feedback calls for enhancement of product features and work on the feedback
- Analyze and perform market research on current trends
- Act as a liaison between the tech/development teams and the product team
Qualifications:
~1-2 years of work experience in a product organization with an agile environment
- Experience assisting Product Managers in product development ideation, conceptualization to implementation
- Good documentation skills and command over the language
- Proactive and open to learning
- Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Business-focused with technical background is an added advantage
