The Group has been connecting its customers to the global economy for more than two decades, growing prosperity by advancing trade. - You can find out more about us on www.trafigura.com and our Mumbai office on www.trafigura.com/mumbai Department : Refined Metal Trade Finance Main Purpose : Focus on all controlling matters of the organization covering the international business Key Responsibilities : - International Trade Finance - Candidate should ideally be CDCS qualified with 5-7 years of post-qualification experience in Trade Finance, - Well-versed with LC and both as exporter and importer with excellent knowledge of UCP & ISBP - Able to handle an end to end business of Trade Finance - Managing bank relationships for bilat, borrowing base and repo facilities - Liaise closely with internal departments within Trafigura and with banks externally in order to finance the transactions and being able to answer all relevant questions from the bank with regards to timing and security - Weekly monitoring and reporting of product in storage/In-transit for financing purposes with our different banks - A team player, who can confidentially adapt interpersonal approach as the situation demands, able to build strong relations both inter-departmentally and with external stakeholders - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Detail-oriented and able to perform in a high-pressure environment - Highly motivated, able to adhere to deadlines - Well-organized and pro-active, excellent communication skills, strong coordinating skills, able to demonstrate exceptional problem solving and the ability to think in a highly logical and critical fashion - Take responsibility and work towards continuous improvement Key Relationships - External - Banks - Internal - Operations, Traders, Treasury, Credit & Compliance
