Looking for ONLY qualified Chartered Accountants with experience in Metals or Manufacturing industry Location - BKC, Mumbai Title - Financial Business Control - Senior Analyst/Analyst (Individual Contributor role) Reporting into - Business Controller Main Purpose :&nbsp; Managing Finance &amp; Accounts including PnL &amp; MIS reporting of Refined Metals business in India . Experience, Knowledge and Skills :&nbsp; Mandatory :&nbsp; - Commerce Graduate &amp; Chartered Accountants (CA) - Minimum 5-9 years of experience in a Financial Accounting &amp; Corporate Finance specifically managing manufacturing MNC or Indian organisation. Background of Commodity Markets is preferred with strong accounting background - Experience in Financial Statements finalisation, Managing Statutory Audits with Big 4 and closure of all regulatory reporting's with RBI/ FEMA within deadlines - Strong awareness and hands-on knowledge of iGAAP and awareness of USGAAP &amp; IFRS - Exposure Management and Debtors/ Creditors reporting and reconciliations - Has done Transition of Product PnL &amp; Accounting processes end to end including Balance sheet substantiation, PnL Explanation, working of direct costs &amp; provisions etc., - Experience In managing MIS, business PnL preferably for Non Ferrous commodities. Preparation of Annual Budgets and Monthly variance Analysis - Knowledge of Indirect tax- Customs, Excise, VAT, CST &amp; Service Tax is preferred - Awareness of regulatory environment wrt Permanent Establishment, FDI, FEMA and foreign holding and subsidiary structures - The individual should be experienced in dealing with diverse range of stakeholders up to &amp; including senior management and Senior Traders - Good analytical &amp; numerical skills - Ability to communicate effectively in English (oral &amp; written) - Possess strong interpersonal skills - The individual must have a proven track record of the ability to work to meet deadlines in an accurate manner - this is a fundamental requirement - Well organised &amp; can multi task - Experience in managing teams preferably of 2/3 or more - Experience of working in complex businesses - Sound Knowledge in Hedging &amp; derivatives - Advanced knowledge and ability to work on Microsoft tools - MS Excel, Access &amp; PowerPoint Key Responsibilities :&nbsp; - Management of Books of Accounts, Annual Statutory Audit and Balance Sheet Finalisation. Reconciliation with Books of Accounts on monthly basis. P&amp;L compilation, P&amp;L Analysis and commentary. - Preparation of Business Pnl and reconciliation with Books - Review Fx &amp; Commodity Risk Card, Perform Hedge effectiveness test on forward trades and stock hedges. Ensure that risk is correctly reported and explain any deviations - Preparation and release the Financial Statements - Profit &amp; Loss &amp; Balance Sheet for India operations on monthly, quarterly and annual basis - Current state analysis and re-engineering of P&amp;L processes onto strategic tools - Be able to drive and co-ordinate strategic initiatives from Delivery Centre standpoint and engaging the multiple stakeholders across the Globe - Be a change agent by maximising efficiencies through process re-engineering - Standardisation of P&amp;L reporting processes- Ensuring that proper accounting standards have been used Key Relationships :&nbsp; - Deals Desk - Operations including Traffic - Traders - Yard Management - Finance &amp; Senior Management
