Knowledge Skills And Abilities, Key Responsibilities:

- Commerce Graduate & Chartered Accountants (CA)

- Has 6-8 years of experience in a Financial Accounting & Corporate Finance specifically managing manufacturing MNC or Indian organisation. Background of Commodity Markets is preferred with strong accounting background.

- Experience in Financial Statements finalisation, Managing Statutory Audits with Big 4 and closure of all regulatory reporting's with RBI/ FEMA within deadlines.

- Strong awareness and hands-on knowledge of INDAS / iGAAP and awareness of IFRS

- Exposure Management and Debtors/ Creditors reporting and reconciliations.

- Has done Transition of Product PnL & Accounting processes end to end including Balance sheet substantiation, PnL Explanation, working of direct costs & provisions etc.

- Knowledge of Direct and Indirect tax (GST) is preferred

- The individual should be experienced in dealing with diverse range of stakeholders up to & including senior management and Senior Traders

- Good analytical & numerical skills

- Ability to communicate effectively in English (oral & written)

- Possess strong interpersonal skills.

- The individual must have a proven track record of the ability to work to meet deadlines in an accurate manner - this is a fundamental requirement

- Well organised & can multitask

- Experience in managing teams preferably of 2/3 or more

- Experience of working in complex businesses

- Sound Knowledge in Hedging & derivatives

- Advanced knowledge and ability to work on Microsoft tools - MS Excel, Access & PowerPoint

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting:

- Assisting in Management of Books of Accounts, Annual Statutory Audit and Balance Sheet Finalisation. Reconciliation with Books of Accounts on monthly basis. P&L compilation, P&L Analysis and commentary.

- Preparation of Business Pnl and reconciliation with Books

- Standardisation of P&L reporting processes- Ensuring that proper accounting standards have been used

- Review Fx & Commodity Risk Card and explain any deviations

- Regulatory reporting's with MCA/RBI/FEMA, etc.

- Assisting in internal audit / statutory audits.

- Current state analysis and re-engineering of P&L processes onto strategic tools

- Be able to drive and co-ordinate strategic initiatives from Delivery Centre standpoint and engaging the multiple stakeholders across the Globe

- Be a change agent by maximising efficiencies through process re-engineering

AP / AR:

- Raising and accounting monthly sales invoices and recording of receipts

- Monitoring creditors payment terms and prioritizing processing accordingly

- Preparation of monthly provisions, prepaid expense register and intercompany balance statements

- Bank reconciliations, Debtors & Creditors reconciliations.

- Analysis of GST credit, RCM payment, Reconciliation with GSTR 2A, Co-ordination with supplier to take corrective action

- Preparation of data/details required by GST authority against issued notice/audit and visit to department for submission
