Main Purpose and Key Responsibilities - Accounting and Control department is embarking on a strategic initiative to transform the accounting systems. Processes, team structures, and key KPIs for the department. - We require an accomplished program manager with hands-on experience of driving transformational initiatives in large organizations (preferably MNCs, and preferably involving multi-country/multi-location transformations). - The candidate is expected to run a program management desk for the Group controller and Head, Accounting change and would be responsible for 1) Custodian of program strategic objectives and Tracking and reporting progress of various IT and non-IT initiatives vs. the program objectives 2) Own and execute of communication strategy and plan within A&C 3) Lead internal governance reviews, forward planning, people heatmap, etc. 4) Convene, chair and drive regular programme meetings to ensure programme compliance capability 5) Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement, drive improvement plans to execution 6) Maintain RAID logs and related action items for A&amp;C 7) Maintain and 8 weeks forward activity plan for A&amp;C.
