You can find out more about us on www.trafigura.com and our Mumbai office on www.trafigura.com/mumbai High Level BAU requirements -&nbsp; - Responsible for the daily cash flow bookings, reconciling cash payments/receipts for a segment of the business. - Ensure Foreign Exchange settlement transactions are correctly executed accounted for. - Management of loans: booking, tracking maturities, rolling and deal attribution - Highly diligent and sharp eye for attention to details - Well-organized and pro-active, excellent communication skills, strong coordinating skills Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Mandatory - English speaking with excellent spoken and written communication skills. - Educated to degree level or equivalent and highly numerate. - Accuracy with speed, attention to detail. - Able to cope in a highly pressured and demanding environment and handle high volumes of work. - Demonstrated strong problem solving skills - Prioritizing work and multi-tasking. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel. - Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently. Desirable - Excel skills. - An understanding of financial terms such as LC/SBLC/ Discounting, LIBOR, Interest Rate Swaps - General Awareness of world financial systems and commodity trading patterns. Key Responsibilities -&nbsp; - Responsible for tracking daily IRS positions and ensuring P&amp;L reflected correctly on a daily basis - Liaise with banks for Foreign Currency settlements, provide the instructions and allocate in the system accordingly. - Liaising with the Reconciliation/Operational Treasury department to ensure all deal related cash flows are recorded correctly and in a timely manner. - Ensuring Agreements in place for monthly offset procedure and reconcile the current positions with Accounting. - Close co-operation with our Accounting personnel to ensure any costs agreed by Trade Finance Solution are allocated correctly - Ensure loans and deposits with financial institutions are properly recorded, attributed, tracked and maintained. - Provide support in generating business reports and activity analysis.
