Job description:


We are seeking a Senior Programmatic Specialist. As a Senior Executive your main objective is to ensure clients have a world-class experience in working with us to achieve their goals. You will manage trafficking, real-time reporting and optimization. You are familiar with industry-standard ad platforms but have a strong aptitude and desire to learn new techniques and internal tools.


Responsibilities:


- Work directly with client to ensure campaign execution and performance to meet their standards


- Responsibilities include daily management of Ad campaigns, including, Ad trafficking, pacing, optimization, screenshots and reporting through DV360, Adform, Google campaign manager, Google ads & Sizmek.


- Handle creative campaign optimization and reporting. Knowledge on celtra & Rich media functionality is a must.


- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and metrics and make recommendations to improve delivery of the campaign if under-pacing.


- Being proactive in troubleshooting technical and performance issues of campaigns and suggest the client accordingly.


- Provide analysis and insights for all reporting to optimize campaigns and maximize revenue.


- Gain and maintain expert knowledge of the Platforms to work according to the campaign specifications.


- Serve as the primary liaison, between the client and the team to support all ad trafficking and serving issues.


Recommended Skills:


- Customer support mind-set (collaborate with internal and external teams for campaign management)


- Proficiency with analysis utilizing excel (understanding and reporting ad performance/delivery)


- Best in class customer services in handling constantly shifting priorities to maximize operational effectiveness of ad revenues and tight deadlines


- Passion for digital marketplace
