Trading Head (Market Making/High Frequency Trading)

Looking for a senior Quant Trader/Market Maker to lead a trading team at a High Frequency Trading firm based in Delhi/NCR

Responsibilities :

- Leading a trading team (onsite or offsite) with a hands-on approach

- Design, testing and implementation of market making models across multiple asset classes

- Running and monitoring existing trading strategies

- Optimization of existing strategies and development of new strategies using in-depth post trade analytics

Qualifications :

- A strong academic background from a top tier university (IITs, NITs, BITS)

- A minimum of three years prior experience in a similar role

- Excellent programming skills

- An ability to understand and communicate concepts clearly and concisely

- Adaptability - An ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

Compensation offered is better than the market standard.
