Fresher - Trader (IIM - MBA)

Looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Trader - Special Situations in Capital Markets - Indian Markets Trading.

The candidate will be responsible for :

- Evaluating strategies to be used in special situations trading

- Managing trading positions

- The role requires a trader who is intuitive, forward thinking, analytical and focused. Discipline and attention to details are a must.

- The candidate will be working in a team of highly skilled researchers and traders, making this an ideal opportunity to learn from a range of different sources and backgrounds

- The role provides an excellent opportunity to understand how the nuances of capital markets regulations can be used to create profitable trades

- Creating spreadsheets to analyse trades and their P/L potential

- Tracking news/announcements related to ongoing trades

- Creating and analysing datasets to create new trading strategies

- Automating data collection and other processes

- Over time, the candidate will be expected to take responsibility for managing trade positions from ideation to completion

Qualifications:

MBA from IIM A/B/C/I

Experience: Relevant work experience of 1-3 years

Functional Competencies:

- Analytical skills, logical thinking

- Basic knowledge of derivatives, fundamental and technical analysis

- Basic coding skills
