TRADER / ANALYST

- Identification, analysis and management of trades at the corporate actions trading desk.

- The candidate would be expected to take trades based on corporate actions (e.g. Open Offers, Delistings, Rights Issues etc), and analyse opportunities. Also, the candidate is expected to keep a track of probable corporate events.

- Knowledge of Takeover, delisting & ICDR Regulations. MS Excel.
