Role :&nbsp; Customer Success Manager Location - CyberCity, Gurgaon What you will be doing here: - Become your customers' strategic consultant and go-to person for help; Deliver insights to help customers optimize the value of Trademo products, and improve their metrics and overall performance. - Share responsibility of revenue along with the marketing team - Support clients in achieving their required goals on Trademo - Identify successful customers and turn them into advocates, measured by participation in reference calls, case studies, webinars and blogs. - Bring intelligent product feedback and recommendations from customers back to Product teams. - Contribute to the development of industry-leading processes and best practices for delivering Customer Success. - Maximize your portfolio's expansion while minimizing churn and contraction Skills Required: - 3+ years of work experience as a Customer Success Associate/Manager - Experience in working for the SaaS, PaaS or Cloud companies. - Experience in handling clients from USA, UK, China, and other countries - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Experience running engaging webinars - Experience writing customer-facing documentation - Analytical thinker who is able to translate complex data into actionable plans - Excellent interpersonal skills to strike a connect with diverse people across the globe - At ease demonstrating product functionality; ability to provide a comprehensive overview of key business use cases - Engaging phone &amp; video presence: enthusiastic and high energy, but also poised, confident, and extremely professional - Comfortable in the fast-paced, global team - Knowledge of overall marketing tech, digital marketing is an added advantage - Prior experience/knowledge of Global Trade would be preferred.
