Role Description :


- This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with new and existing clients in order to drive business growth.


- This will include understanding client requirements, suggesting relevant products and services, responding to their queries and concerns, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients/customers through regular communication and meetings. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Address client inquiries, concerns, and escalations promptly and professionally.


- Business Development: Identify opportunities for business growth within existing accounts by upselling/cross-selling products or services. Collaborate with sales or business development teams to acquire new clients and expand the customer base.


- Account Management: Manage client accounts, ensuring accuracy of records and timely updates. Monitor account performance and take proactive measures to enhance client satisfaction.


- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies aimed at improving client retention and satisfaction. Analyze market trends and client feedback to propose innovative approaches to enhance services/products.


- Communication and Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports on account status, performance metrics, and client feedback. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations based on client interactions.


Qualifications :


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


- Experience in sales or account management


- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients


- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively


- Proficiency in English and Hindi Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
