Tradebulls - Service Head

Roles & Responsibility:

- Lead and manage a team of Equity Advisors/ABM to achieve Branch Target in Terms of Revenue Productivity, Branch Funding Book, etc.

- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to enhance their performance and productivity.

- Monitor and evaluate team members' performance, providing regular feedback and implementing performance improvement plans as needed.

- Develop and implement strategies to Increase Branch/Vertical Business.

- Stay updated with market trends, investment products, and regulatory changes to ensure accurate and timely information is provided to clients.

- Handle client escalations and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.

- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team members' knowledge and skills related to Stock Market operations and brokerage generation.

- Prepare reports and present them to senior management, highlighting team performance, achievements, and areas for improvement.
