Key Responsibilities : - Gather insights through data, primary &amp; secondary research to create targeted programs for consumer sales division - Lead sales programs deployment in different channels - Distribution, Modern Trade, Retail - Build a presence for the organization across channels in line with its position as a Global leader in the precious metals space - Operationalize trade marketing activities along with RSMs - Manage vendor base for programs undertaken for sales for e.g., trade marketing elements, retail centre merchandise, consumer activations - Deliver defined targets across Business, People, Channel and Process metrics - Align with key customers to ensure the company maintains a preferred partner status and ensures highest levels of consumer satisfaction. - Cross-functional collaboration like marketing, finance, production to launch new products &amp; programs Critical Capabilities : Results orientation : - Excellent track record in sales, channel management &amp; trade marketing. - Excellent analytical, communication &amp; problem-solving skills Entrepreneurial mindset : - Capability to create, execute &amp; monitor programs, ability to take decisions with limited data and improvise on the go, have action-bias Financial acumen : - Sound Business Financial and Numerical expertise - Proficiency in Microsoft excel &amp; Microsoft PowerPoint - Ensure cost optimization thru sharp planning and execution, driving productivity so as to maximize margins through stakeholders Compliance : - Able to follow judiciously all contracts and strict adherence to compliance framework - Vendor onboarding through proper and complete Legal documentation Teamwork : - Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, internal and external - Build a strong sales and service presence so as to reach to all the precious metal channels in the country Preferred Requirement : - Mandatory experience in frontline sales &amp; partner management - Mandatory prior trade marketing experience with a preference for franchise or own retail stores - Experience in leading programs across multiple geographies &amp; multiple stakeholders - Managing partnerships &amp; alliances - Ability to manage existing partnerships and build new ones across retailers, jewelers, government organizations etc.
