Trade Marketing Role - FMCG

Hiring for a Trade Marketing role (PAN India) with a leading FMCG Multinational:

Job location: Mumbai

Primary responsibilities includes :

All Trade Marketing activities across functions & channels in line with Trade Marketing strategy

- Annual Business Planning - Volume/Value, Trade Marketing Spends

- Trade marketing Strategy Design & Deployment for all BTL activities

- Channel Program Design, Deployment & Execution - Track & review the performance & take corrective actions

- Net revenue Management - Manage the net revenue by optimizing trade spends

- Plan & roll out of Quarterly/Monthly Trade plans to Sales teams

- New Product launch plans in coordination with Marketing

- Analysis of Issues & Growth opportunities - Geography, Channel, Brand/Pack

- Manage Point of Sale Material - Design, Plan & Deployment by Geography/Channel

- Manage various Agencies for Trade activation - Instore Activations

- Coordination with Sales teams to ensure better investment returns on Trade Spends, Channel programs

- ROI analysis of Trade spends

- Track & Manage trade spends to ensure its in line with the budgets

- Sales Incentives - Validate the target achievements of the sales team and share it with the Sales HRBP

Required skills:

8+ years of experience in Sales handling a Geography, Sales Development, Trade Marketing in General Trade/Modern Trade.
