We are currently looking for a Trade Marketing Professional whose focus area is the Point of Sales, including all influential elements such as events, buying days, staff motivation, training.
- He/She will significantly contribute to trade marketing initiatives such as POP material, Visual, Product/Brand/Sales - Training and Consumer/Trade - Promotions.
The successful candidate will be located in the Mumbai office, in second alternative in the Delhi office.
Key Responsibilities :
- Increase the brand visibility and contribute to sales growth by managing and implementing trade marketing promotions, in-store initiatives, ADV project, and sell out actions;
- Manage permanent fixtures project from beginning to end;
- Manage POP/GWP demand planning and supervise the consequent industrialisation and production activities;
- Work closely with TM Manager to execute and monitor the trade marketing plan at a local level;
- Visit POS to ensure and monitor the correct visibility of our brands and carrying out brand visibility training for the in store staff;
- Elaborate and provides performance report as well as monthly forecast of trade marketing actions to transmit to local and global commercial teams;
- Verify the services provided in terms of adherence to technical and quality requirements.
Who we are looking for :
- Between 1-5 years of experience in the same role in similar activity
- Fluent in English
- Strong interactive skills
- Have impeccable organizational skills and be clear-headed
- Perfect knowledge of MS Office, with focus in Excel and Power Point
- Strong project management skill and cross-cultural flexibility
