The company is a dynamic and diversified agribusiness and foods company dealing into varied businesses such as Organic Foods, Grain Storage, Staple Foods and Healthy snacks market with a turnover of 3500+ crores.
He must have got experience in Modern trade customer marketing :-
- Person should have worked with national modern trade role under modern trade head
- Managing Customer in MR Verticals like Cash & Carry/ Retail stores - Hyper/Super/Daily
- Have handled TOT meetings - like meeting with Wal-Mart/ Reliance etc.
- Have worked on the promotion strategy / POSM development catering to MR Channel like - Floor standing units (FSU), Hanger/Parasites /End Cap etc.

Job Description :
- Key driver of business and growth will be designing effective promotions and trade marketing plans jointly with the distributor.
- The incumbent will be responsible for creating annual Trade Marketing strategy and plans to develop the business and market share on focus brands and focus geographies.
- The incumbent will be responsible for jointly developing with the distributors a quarterly promotions plan and ensuring its excellent execution and the evaluation of the promotions and business results achieved.
- Prepare calendar of activities & implement actions as per approved plans; visit markets & support regional initiatives; prepare draft plans & seek approval to facilitate achievement of set targets.
