- Leading Healthcare co is looking for Trade Marketing Manager for Mumbai location.
- Candidate with 5-6 yrs exp from along MBA with reputed Business institute.
- This is a role that is primarily responsible for trade marketing for the select brand portfolio.
Job details :
- Sales, trade marketing, category management or retail channel management, preferably related to FMCG and/or OTC sector
- Quality exposure to Chemist Channel and / or OTC industry will be distinct advantage
- Strong collaboration skills, and experience in mobilizing cross-functional teams
- Proven listening, negotiating and influencing skills
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to learn new skills and think on the feet
- Credible, confident and articulate, with good presentation skills
- Improving market share through consistently driving both numeric and weighted distribution, and share of shelf & displays, via targeted programs
- Collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure that trade marketing strategies are aligned with sales objectives and revenue targets.
- Drivingsales for select brand portfolio while tracking Return on Trade (BTL) Investment for existing lines and extensions.
- Excellent execution of trade programs and in-store activations
