Roles & Responsibility:
- Influence field sales leadership to align with Brand / Channel Strategy
- Distribution and display support to the team through driving scheme & experiential BTL strategies for All India with strong Commercial controls on processes and systems.
- Develop and execute Trade Marketing experiential/Visibility initiatives in coordination with Sales Managers, NKAM, Marketing and Sales Managers.
- Manage and execute Promotions and trade calendar on the ground
- Responsible to ensure ROI of various activations in the BTL
- Achieve execution excellence through proper planning, monitoring, and chasing set objectives.
- Execute display and merchandising guidelines in MT & other GT Channel; develop display aids
- Work closely with the Marketing team to drive the execution.
- Energize FF through innovative and exciting incentive plans that will make them stretch for challenging goals and exploit the market potential.
- Develop and execute key account experiential strategy for a defined set of accounts with primary responsibility for sales.
- Develop a plan for Key accounts in collaboration with the Brand strategy team & MT Team.
