- Project Management Distributor Life Cycle - Right from appointment of right fit of WSS/Distributor through all due diligence as per appointment checklist to ensuring on boarding of new WSS/Distributor in all modules, systems & policies.
- Run performance excellence through driving scorecard & optimal usage for portal/ DMS etc.
- P&L responsibility of the budgets given. GM budget/ TM budget/ Selling cost & non-selling cost budget.
Co ordinate with brand team & sales team on collaterals, briefs - complete a program/ activity within time & budget. Also co ordinate with logistics/ commericial/ finance team for payout & closure.
- Sales Excellence - Review exceptions along with Zonal leadership and support creation of action plans across Sales Excellence initiatives
- Market Connect - Market connect as eyes & ears for the strategic initiative wing by generating insights with respect to distributor/Field team compliance/ market dynamics, understand pain areas and take feedback on various digital platforms.
