Job Description:
- Define and own the customer acquisition and category creation road map.
-Co-developing category strategy for the chosen categories and make timely interventions to keep the category in line with the identified vision
- Drive the customer acquisition strategy for all the large and strategic categories
- Enable Consideration to Purchase through deeper understanding of the key levers to trial and then programme managing the process to incorporate the learning into action plans for marketing and other functions
- Work closely with Category retail teams, Technology Platform and Brand and Online marketing teams to identify these levers and execute on them
- Own all category specific marketing activities
- Drive category-marketing programs as per agreed calendar & resources
- Deliverables include category-wise traffic, conversions, revenue and customer base (new and repeat
