Role Description:
- The Team Leader - Sales will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives, setting sales targets, creating sales plans, and monitoring team performance.
- Additionally, the Team Leader - Sales will collaborate with the sales manager to develop strategies for achieving sales goals and fostering client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor team performance, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement.
- Coach team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer relationship management.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Collaborate with the sales manager to develop and implement sales initiatives and campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base.
- Prepare and present accurate sales reports to management.
- Ensure the team adheres to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Resolve client issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate channels.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, share best practices, and address challenges.
- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new sales team members.
Qualifications:
- Experience in setting and achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Customer Relationship Management skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and trends
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in the B2B sales industry is a plus
- Bachelor's/ master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

- Strong understanding of the B2B sales process and online marketplaces.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
