Trade Execution Analyst - IIT/NIT

An affiliate of a New York-based global quantitative financial services firm seeks a - Trade Execution Analyst- to be a part of the team responsible for developing algorithmic trading strategies for electronic markets worldwide.

Responsibilities:

- Working closely with senior traders to operate & implement our automated trading strategies.

- Managing risk, reconciling positions, interacting with exchanges, brokers and Tower's production tech support team.

- Monitor production trading for risk and compliance issues and quickly respond to unusual behaviors or market conditions

- Analyze production trades and come up with ideas to improve our trading strategies.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a trading or trading support role in a capital market environment, knowledge of the financial markets, and critical thinking & communication skills. Additionally, he or she should have:

- NIT/IIT (or any Top 10 Engineering college)with any background with 1-4 years of experience in trading capital markets.

- The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Strong problem-solving, mathematical and quantitative reasoning skills

- Experience with Linux (preferred) & basic programming
