Responsibilities:

The Trade Execution Analyst will be responsible for:

Working closely with senior traders to operate and implement our automated trading strategies.

Managing risk, reconciling positions, interacting with exchanges, brokers and Tower's production tech support team.

Monitoring production trading for risk and compliance issues and quickly responding to unusual behaviors or market conditions.

Flexibility to adjust schedule to market timings, specifically Japan market (5am - 3pm) or Europe/MCX market (1:30pm - 11:30pm).

Analyzing production trades and developing ideas to improve our trading strategies.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

A bachelor's degree from a reputed university

1-2 years of experience in a trading or trading support role in a capital market environment

Knowledge of the financial markets

The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Strong problem-solving, mathematical and quantitative reasoning skills

Strong critical thinking and communication skills

Experience with Linux (preferred) and basic programming
