Job Description - Reporting to the National Customer Marketing Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for:

- Develop and coordinate with branch the category plans and lead the Activities

- Planning to create 3 months rolling sales plans & targets

- Build trade and POS plans based on category insights, customer/channel & shopper insights to deliver the agreed results.

- Develop trade category and geography strategy to deliver category/brand objectives

- Responsible for TTS Budgets for the category

- Responsible for the TCP, channel audit and sales analysis by customer and by branch

- Deliver the annual growth plan for the category by deploying the portfolio in diff geographies/channels
