Tracxn - Program Manager (2-4 yrs)

About the Role :
As a program manager at Tracxn, you will be responsible for managing programs, including solving problems, executing projects, implementing, owning and improving processes within the program, and tracking their performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Take complete ownership of the design and processes implemented for your program
- Plan, design and implement projects within the team
- Build processes with focus on accuracy, efficiency and scalability. Try to automate as much as possible
- Ensure training of involved personnel and identify specific training programs if needed
- Set up a monitoring protocol and design MIS reports
- Proactively monitor the progress of the processes implemented using the designed MISes
- Resolve issues and initiate appropriate corrective action
- Continuously Identify areas of improvement in the processes

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 2 to 4 years of work experience
