Your purpose is to establish Tracxn as an authority in its space, and drive engagement amongst our stakeholders.. This is how your usual day would look like:  - Develop highly creative and insightful content for our blog, based on our in-house research and content calendar.  - Come up with creative ideas for different content forms like videos, infographics, blogposts and other engaging content with the potential to be shared amongst the investor and startup community. Then, see these ideas to fruition with support from Design and Video teams.  - Plan the social media calendar with publishing and engagement guidelines  - Create content and communication based on real-time business problems and use-cases  - Generate leads with strong intent through reports, data-driven creative content pieces, industry insights and more such ideas to showcase our platform and its data.  Ideal candidate :  - Should have completed Bachelor's degree in 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 or 2015  - 2+ years of total work experience  - Possesses exceptionally good written and verbal communication skills with impeccable grammar  - Gets into the reader's shoes and writes to first be understood, then appreciated  - Can convert data and insights into a meaningful story and share it with brevity and simplicity  - Looking to build a long term career in B2B content marketing.  - Has a functional understanding of social media marketing and search engine optimization  - Exposure to and some understanding of startup ecosystem will be a plus  What we have to offer :  - A Meritocracy-driven, candid culture.
