Our Customer portfolio includes names like Facebook (India), GE, Target, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Sequoia, Matrix, NEA (New Enterprise Associates), BCG, EY, Accel(India), LG, Accenture, Sequoia, E&Y, Flipkart, OlaCabs etc.   Job Description : Manager- Finance  Location : Bangalore   Job responsibilities :   General Accounting :   - Maintain overall accounting policies and procedures   - Overall control on books and financial statements  - Quarterly closure of books of accounts   - Preparation and finalization of Financial Statements  - Liaise with the auditors for finalization of Financial Statements and assistance in resolving audit queries  MIS :  - MIS reporting on weekly / monthly / quarterly / yearly basis  - Compile key business metrics and report them to Management  - Other reports required from time to time for consumption of management  Cash Management :  - Forecasting monthly / yearly cash budget and report to the management on variances over established budgets   - Forecast cash flow position and report to the management on variances over established cash flow position  - Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost reduction activities  - Allocation of funds for meeting monthly cost budgets  - Expense management for vendor payments  - Oversee the Account Receivables function   Payroll processing :  - Supervising monthly payroll processing   - Overseeing all statutory compliance towards PF, PT and ESI  Banking related correspondences :  - Maintain banking relationship  - Communicating with the bankers as per business requirements  - Oversee day to day banking transactions   Taxation :  - Assist in regulatory compliance under Income Tax Act   - Supervising Monthly TDS computation - Employee / non-employee   Filing of TDS returns :  - Advance tax computation   - Liaise with auditors in respect of tax audit under section 44AB  - Computation of income-tax and filing of income-tax returns  - Assist in regulatory compliance under Service Tax Act  - Supervising Monthly Service Tax computation and payments   Filing of Service Tax returns :  Internal Control :  - Setting up of Internal Control process  - Identifying and eliminating weaknesses in internal control  - Constant improvisation in current process to strengthen the Internal Control  Educational Qualification :  - 3-5 Years of relevant post (Chartered Accountancy) qualification and post Articleship experience.  Founders :   - Tracxn is founded by Neha and Abhishek, ex-VCs from Sequoia Capital and Accel Partners, respectively.
