Our Customer portfolio includes names like LG, Accenture, Sequoia, Google Capital, PWC, E&Y, Flipkart, OlaCabs etc.   Job Description: Director - Sales Enablement   Location : Bangalore   The team to be trained would consist of 25-odd sales people with significant experience (up to 10 years of diverse experience) and top tier academic background. The team is responsible for end to end sales of SaaS product to clients around the world (Remote, cross-border sales).  The trainer would be responsible for designing and imparting sales training programs:  To train new hires and improve ramp-up time  To improve sales effectiveness of existing team  Key Responsibilities :   Co-ordinate with Sales Leaders to plan and execute sales development strategies for sales professionals.  Serve as a key partner to the Sales team and establish a trusted partnership in developing learning strategies  Align sales development strategies with key business priorities and performance targets  Consults with leaders to assess and analyze the learning needs of employees based on current and future strategic plans  Deliver and manage Sales Professionals OnBoarding & Ramp program  Delivers high-quality sales training and practice workshops  Measure and evaluate the ROI of sales development programs, tied directly to core sales competencies and direct impact to key business metrics  Drive programmatic changes to sales development approach driven by measurement outcomes to continue to demand excellence  Determine learning needs by sitting with sales team; observing sales calls; studying sales results reports; conferring with sales managers. Provide active and ongoing support to the existing sales team through personalized coaching activities.  Proactively ensure that the Sales learning material is kept up to date and has the latest information.  Improve learning effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques and constantly engage with sales managers for active feedback.  Here is what we are looking for:   10+ years of experience across Sales and Training;  Sales experience - 5+ years experience of Enterprise B2B Sales. As intimate knowledge of sales tactics and have worked on Quotas.  Training experience: 5+ years of sales training in B2B Saas based Enterprise products.  You have vast experience in sales and a strong passion to share your knowledge.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills  Highly organized, detailed-oriented, and self-directed  Educational qualification:   MBA in Sales/Marketing from premier institutes, preferable.  Desirable if the person has relevant Sales Training certification.  Founders :   Tracxn is founded by Neha and Abhishek, ex-VCs from Sequoia Capital and Accel Partners, respectively.
