Associate Vice President (US Shift, midnight 12 -8 am)  Position:  We are looking for a seasoned sales / business development professional to lead our business development for American region. The candidate will be directly responsible for driving the revenues and market penetration in the region.  Key Responsibilities:  - P&L responsibility for end-to-end sales of SaaS product in US region to Enterprises. Customers include Venture Capital funds, Fortune 1000 corporates, Investment Banks, Accelerators, Incubators, etc  - Build and manage a high-performing team of quota-carrying sales reps, in addition to having your own individual quota  - Manage other key functional aspects of managing a team like implementing performance and review plan, training  - Identify and execute projects on an on-going basis to improve sales efficiency across the team  - Define strategy for the sales teams including launch plan of new geographies or practice areas, prioritization of the customer segments, territory division, etc  - Work with Marketing team to ensure consistent lead generation  - Collaborate with sales leadership to create prospecting/ lead qualification process  - Build market intelligence within the industry on latest developments.  - Identify new target market segments  - Lead weekly/monthly meeting with leadership and track sales team metrics and report data to leadership on a regular basis  Experience:  - 8- 15 years of strong work experience in Enterprise/Institutional Business Development  - Experience in cross-border Remote sales/ Concept selling is a plus  - Managed a team of at least 5 direct quota carrying sales reportees  - Flexible, organized and able to handle competing priorities  - Ready to relocate to Bangalore  - Comfortable working in Shift (Midnight 12-8 am)  What we offer:  - Fabulous opportunity to network with VCs, PEs, IBs, Incubators and Corp.
