Position : Analyst - Outsourcing (0-3 years)  Location : Bangalore  We are looking for candidates with prior experience in the Outsourcing sector to drive the Outsourcing vertical at Tracxn.  What we do :   - Tracxn works closely with reputed global VC funds on hot sectors to identify upcoming investable startups  - We use state-of-the-art technology to track millions of interesting companies globally and our sector-expert analyst team aims to identify major investment opportunities  - Our analysts work on a sector and research 100-150 startups a week to understand what problems they are solving, what they are doing differently and what's so interesting about them  What we expect from you :   - Discover and conduct an in-depth study of the companies / startups engaged in the Outsourcing sector in India, and develop a macro level understanding of the various business models  - Engage actively with our VC/PE clients to understand their requirements   - Previous role in a KPO in a business development (Analyst / Associate) capacity is preferred  Are you made for Tracxn :   - You are always curious about businesses and startups, and questions like - Why Ola scaled up so quickly while Meru was significantly larger and older when Ola was founded- can keep you engrossed in night-long conversations with friends  - You brainstorm about 10+ mammoth startup ideas  - You have a nagging feeling that you are being seriously intellectually underutilized in your current job and can do / want to learn 10x more  Founders:  Tracxn is founded by Neha and Abhishek, ex-VCs with Sequoia Capital and Accel Partners, respectively.
