Job Summary :

We are looking for a strong Senior Software Engineer who can drive design, architecture & delivery of our next generation platforms keeping scalability, robustness and security aspects in focus. The platforms you build will be used for Farm/Agricultural industry, Customer Care & Customer Engagement across multiple banners with each of them being a high revenue growth business for Tractor Junction. You will be challenged with unparalleled complex business problems that spans across multiple implementations, large number of users and data.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for implementation of a variety of schedule-critical, development and production programs

- Demonstrates up-to-date expertise in Software Engineering and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plan

- Models' compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity

- Actively Participate in full software development lifecycle including planning, defining systems work scope, designing, coding, testing, implementing, and supporting infrastructure

- Work on multiple project tasks and deliverables

- Contribute in defining development guidelines and standards for optimal solutions

- Contribute to enhancing the team's best practices that increase quality, accuracy, and speed.

- Troubleshoot and debug based on bugs reported

- Coordinate with different API Content team and get timely solution for customer issues.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree from Tier I Institute,

- Experience in full-stack development including advance technologies.

- Design and implement REST APIs, Messaging, Caching, Batch and other core capabilities for Backend.

- Experience working with multi-threaded programming in high performance, distributed environments.

- Experience in SQL development (complex queries, stored procedures, and user defined functions) and performance tuning is required

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Product based Software development

- 4+ years of excellent programming experience using Node.js/Java/PHP for Backend and React.js for Frontend.

- Track record of deploying, supporting and debugging distributed services and app on Kubernetes based clouds.

- Demonstrable ability to deliver projects on time, with high quality

- Able to effectively communicate across teams and roles

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Proven ability as a problem-solver

- Strong estimating and planning skills.

- Experience working in fast paced internet/e-commerce companies.
