Overview:-

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple interconnected projects within our organization, ensuring their successful execution from initiation to completion. The ideal

candidate will possess exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills to effectively manage teams, timelines, budgets, and resources.

Responsibilities:-

- Develop and execute comprehensive program plans, including project scopes, objectives, timelines, and budgets

- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with program goals and objectives.

- Monitor and track program progress, identifying potential risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies.

- Lead regular meetings and status updates to communicate progress, resolve issues, and make key decisions.

- Manage program budgets, forecasts, and expenditures, ensuring adherence to financial constraints and reporting requirements.

- Collaborate with project managers to define project tasks, resource requirements, and dependencies

- Evaluate program performance metrics and KPIs, generating reports and insights to drive continuous improvement

- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the program team.

Requirements:-

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or related field (Master's degree preferred)

- Proven experience 3-5 years in program management, overseeing complex projects or initiatives

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g.,Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively

- Proficiency in project management tools and software
