Roles and Responsibilities :&nbsp; - Working closely with a) product teams b) Sales team and creative agencies to create content. - Owning the responsibility to run the different mediums like Linkedin, Twitter and Website for content. - Events /seminars identification for participation to planning and execution, including post event reach out. - Building and executing a strategy to do market research which aid in the initiative and increase sales. - Helping plan customer engagement and brand retention with existing customers. - Measuring the impact of the marketing initiatives. - Setting standards and processes which will aid in improving the brand positioning through all communication channels. - Plan events / seminars based on specific themes. - Continuously self-educate with financial services landscape and new regulations and compliances. Desirable skills: Experience of being in a digital marketing department or team for at least 2 years. Skills that may have an edge: - Working on targeting the enterprise customer segment(B2B) in India and or outside India. - Working on promoting a product in a software company. - Good understanding of the Financial Services sector in India.
