This is a full-time, mid-level role. In this role, you would be involved in managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee on-boarding, employee relations, payroll management, performance management, training &amp; development and talent management. Responsibilities include: 1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy 2. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues 3. Manage the recruitment and selection process 4. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital 5. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance 6. Maintain pay plan and benefits program 7. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics 8. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management Candidate Profile : - We are looking for a candidate who is social, people-oriented and most importantly, compassionate. The candidate should have excellent communication/presentation skills but more importantly, should be a great listener with the required human resource skills and is empathetic enough to understand/manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company. - We would prefer someone with good knowledge and hands-on experience with implementing and using HRMS systems.
