We are looking for a Director, People Operations to be based out of Chennai and lead the People Ops across Toyota Connected India. We are looking for team member, who will support in best-in-class technology organization by creating strategies and execution plans. In this role, you will: - Own and drive HR Vision and strategy, performance management, Talent acquisition & development, Rewards and recognition, cultural initiatives, engagement, retention, learning and career development, workforce planning, compensation and benefits, HR policies and compliances. - Drive organization design that fits the business vision and culture while helping build a collaborating and high performance team that's rewarded and engaged. - Help drive the cultural values through various processes, practices and policies - Partner with executive leadership team to drive management and leadership effectiveness across the organization. - Help recruit &amp; retain the best talent taking end to end ownership from branding&amp; networking to hiring process, tools and policies. - Partner with business teams to manage workforce planning, talent development and people operation needs specific to business units. - Manage end to end cost planning and budgeting for People operation initiatives - Ensure compensation and benefits policies are arrived at/refined and rolled out both from a change management perspective and also from an operational compliance &amp; tooling perspective. - Lead in setting up or continuing modern practices that supports innovative and high-performance workplace where diverse perspectives are embraced, resulting in a joyful work environment and stakeholder success. - Own the requirements and rollout of tools and systems required for all the above - Lead the way by example not just from culture &amp; value perspective but also via hands-on involvement in People Ops activities - Make Toyota Connected India one of the best places to work in India and make it known to the world. You are a successful candidate if you have: - 15+ years of progressive and hands-on People Operations experience, especially in startup environment that have seen high growth. - Proven track record for the above responsibilities mentioned and experience .
