Townhall - Senior Manager - Growth

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to increase revenue and customer acquisition.

- Identify opportunities for growth hacking and implement tactics to improve user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

- Work with cross-functional teams to design and execute successful go-to-market strategies.

- Create and implement effective content marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic.

- Develop and maintain relationships with enterprise clients to identify sales opportunities and support the sales team in closing deals.

- Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS growth marketing and enterprise sales.

- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer acquisition.

- Experience with growth hacking, content marketing, and go-to-market strategies in the US region.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making.

- Experience in enterprise sales and managing enterprise client relationships.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
